Keila Compean

Keila Compean is a Graduate Teaching Assistant in the Department of Languages, Cultures, and Translation at UNC Charlotte. She is currently pursuing her Master’s in Spanish and has a broad range of teaching experience, including as a former first-grade teacher and a Teaching Assistant for Spanish 1102. Keila’s teaching philosophy emphasizes student-centered learning, cultural relevance, and differentiated instruction, fostering an interactive and inclusive environment for all students. Keila is passionate about helping students acquire language skills through engaging activities and supporting their communication development in Spanish.
