I have taught a variety of French courses here at UNC Charlotte over many years. I have particularly enjoyed helping to develop the course French Civilization in Paris – Spring Break, and I currently serve as its faculty director. It brings me great pleasure to interact with the students as we explore la Ville Lumière together. I was the recipient of the UNC Charlotte Award for Excellence in Teaching by Part-Time Faculty in 1999, and the recipient of the Office of Education Abroad’s International Excellence Award in 2024.
